A Chartered  Accountant  From  ICAI, Ravi has an immense experience of 10 years. After Working  for large  Corporates  on a managerial  level , He joined  YKC in 2017 with his vast  experience  in the field  of valuations, corporates  Restructuring , merger & Acquisition , IPO and  value  addition  services  which  helps corporates  to unlock  their  true value. 

CA Shekhar Agrawal
Partner( Head of Taxation)

Mr. Shekhar Agarwal has cleared his CA  exams in Nov, 2011 having expertise in, Income Tax Related Matters, GST Matters  and  All  Compliances  Related  Matters  applicable as per Income Tax laws with an experience of more than 9 years.He is having Experience of Tax Audit, Income Tax  Scrutiny Cases, attending Assessment and Appellate proceeding, International Taxation Issue.

Mrs Anjali Bajaj has cleared her CA exams in Nov, 2014 having expertisein Finalization of Accounts and Auditing. She is having experiences of handling Statutory Audit of Various Companies as per Companies Act, Statutory Audit of Various Banks as per Banking Act and MCA Related ROC Compliance Work.

CA VAIBHAV BHANDARI 

Mr. Vaibhav Bhandari has cleared his Chartered Accountancy examinations in the year 2018 and has around 2.5 years of experience in the field of taxation. He has experience in Income Tax–related matters, GST matters, and statutory compliances applicable as per Income Tax laws. He has also been involved in Tax Audits, handling Income Tax Scrutiny Cases, and assisting in assessment proceedings and other allied taxation matters.
